2µm emission property in Tm-Ho co-doped fluorophosphate glasses

2 mum emission spectra of Tm-Ho co-doped fluorophosphate glasses are measured and investigated. When doping 4 mol% TmF3 and 1 mol%HoF3, the most intense 2.0 mum emssion is achieved. Combining the energy transfer processes, the reason is discussed.
