摘要
In first BM relapsed non-T/non-B ALL, the outcome is not significantly different after radio-chemotherapy compared allogeneic BMT. Therefore, radiochemotherapy is convenient af first late BM relapse and BMT may be performed not before a second BM relapse had Only a small subgroup of with isolated relapse and BM peripheral blast cells greater than or equal to 10,000/mu l at diagnosis of first relapse has a dismal prognosis after radio-chemotherapy and might benefit from BMT.
