摘要
Objective To investigate if the expression of CD10,Bcl-6 and mum-1 in diffuse large B-cell lymphomas(DLBCL) plays the important roles in differential diagnosis between the GCB and non-GCB DLBCL. Methods 54 cases of DLBCL and their clinical data were collected, and IPI were analyzed.CD10,Bcl-6 and mum-1 expression was detected in the paraffin-embedded tissues by S-P immunohistochemical technique and the type of the GCB and non-GCB DLBCL was differentiated. Results The positive expression rate of D10,Bcl-6 and mum-1 was 42.6%,46.9% and 61.1% in 54 cases of BLBCL,respectively. The 29 cases of GCB and 25 non-GCBs were diagnosed.23 GCB DLBCL expressed CD10(+),6 GCB DLBCL expressed CD10(-),bcl-6(+) and mum-1(-).20 non-GCB expressed CD10(-) and bcl-6(-).5 non-GCB expressed CD10(-),bcl-6(+) and Mum-1(+).The non-GCB patients showed significantly worse survival rates than GCB patients(χ2=5.14,P=0.233)(Log-Rank).Among 54 cases, there were 10 IPI(0~1),14 IPI(2),17 IPI(3) and 13 IPI(4~5).There was close relation between the type of GCB and non-GCB and IPI. Conclusion The combined detection of CD10,Bcl-6 and mum-1 may contribute to differential diagnosis between GCB and non-GCB DLBCL.GCB patients with high IPI suggests a better prognosis.
