Regioselective Diazo-Transfer Reaction at the C3-Position of the 2-Desoxystreptamine Ring of Neamine Antibiotics
Chemistry(2013)
摘要
Site-selective diazotation: A facile one-step modification at the 2-desoxystreptamine ring, is reported in diverse neamine antibiotics reaching high regioselectivities (see scheme; r.s.=regioselectivities). The diazo-transfer reaction takes place in aqueous solution, under mild conditions, and without any protective groups.
