摘要

•Three UPLC–MS/MS methods for screening of more than 30 drugs of abuse in urine were developed and validated.•Opioids, central nervous system stimulants, benzodiazepines, cannabis and pregabalin were included.•The methods proved to be simple and robust for the simultaneous determination of a variety of drugs of abuse in urine.
