A survey of quality of life in adolescents with epilepsy in Iran

•Epilepsy-related stigma is common, and it could negatively affect the social affairs and networking of the patients.•The quality of life of adolescents with epilepsy was low.•There is a need to improve the psychological status and reduce the risk factors for compromised quality of life of adolescents with epilepsy.
