Live visualization and quantification of pathway signaling with dual fluorescent and bioluminescent reporters.

•Monitoring the dynamics of signaling pathways in living cells is challenging.•Dual reporters can visualize and quantify pathway signaling in live cells.•We constructed and assessed several signaling pathway dual reporters.•We demonstrated the potential of dual reporters to study pathway signaling.•The system is amenable to single cell analysis and high throughput format.
