摘要

•Aim is to identify suitable reference genes for miRNA qPCR normalization in organ tissues.•A panel of 15 preselected reference genes was analyzed.•Three different current algorithms to identify optimal reference genes were applied.•According to our empirical ranking, we recommend SNORD48, SNORD24, and RNU6-2.
