HCNMBC--a pulse sequence for H-(C)-N Multiple Bond Correlations at natural isotopic abundance.

•High quality two-dimensional 1H–(13C)–15N correlation spectra were obtained at the natural isotopic abundance.•New adiabatic refocussing sequence covers wide bandwidth on both 13C and 15N nuclei.•Use of 1.7mm cryoprobe allows routine applications in sub-milligram quantities.•Great potential to significantly impact structure elucidation efforts for both pharmaceutical and agricultural discovery.
