摘要
A 51-year-old woman with a history of hypertension was sent to the emergency department because of transient consciousness loss. Initial electrocardiography showed ST elevation and a subsequent dynamic change to a right bundle-branch block, followed by refractory ventricular arrhythmia. Pseudomyocardial infarctionwas diagnosed through primary coronary angiography, which revealed normal coronary arteries. Based on hypertension and severe hypokalemia indications, adrenocortical adenoma was diagnosed. After surgery, the patient was discharged without neurologic sequelae or an implantable cardiac defibrillator.
