摘要

Escherihia coli cells strains XLIB and DH12S were studied using AFM in air and in liquid cell with temperature control. Effects of UV-irradiation and supercritical CO2 processing on cell surface were revealed. Result of ciprofloxacin treatment on the cell Escherihia coli DH12S in situ is described.
