Study about the Relationship of Anemia and Heart Failure
Journal of Cardiac Failure(2012)
摘要
In order that anemia and iron lack might clarify influence which it has on heart failure, we study 30 patients [75years old of age, 57% of a male, 37% of EF, NYHA class (1/2/3/4): 0/7/11/12]. Anemia defined as less than [ male Hb13 g/dL ] and less than [ female Hb12 g/dL ]. Iron lack (ID) defined as less than serum ferritin 100mg or serum ferritin 100-300mg/dL of TSAT20% less than. 23 examples (77%) observed anemia in 19 examples (63%), and IDA was observed in 16 examples (53%). There was more IDA at a woman than IDA8/13 (62%), and IDA8/17 of a male (47%). In an IDA patient, although serum Cr concentration and cystatin C and Epo were high compared with the patient who is not IDA, the significant difference was not accepted. As for neither a CRP value nor BNP, the significant difference was accepted. About how anemia influences a prognosis by affecting which heart failure index, the further examination is required.
