摘要

•We use the slit type accelerator with high transparency of 60% and change the first grids from circular shape to diamond shape.•A new ion source with diamond plasma grids is assembled and tested.•We get the high optimum perveance with low divergence angle compared to the circular-shaped grid for the first time.
