Three Scanning Methods for Text Cursor Manipulation

The set of keys dedicated solely to cursor movement control evolved over decades. A standard PC has four arrow keys: Home, End, Page Up and Page Down whose function is well-known to the vast majority of computer users. Jumping to the beginning or end of the document or moving left or right by one word is usually possible using the Control key as a modifier.
