摘要
Early repolarization (ER) is a common electrocardiographic finding and is diagnosed by the presence of a J-wave amplitude of ≥0.1 mV in ≥2 contiguous inferior or lateral leads of a standard 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG), which is manifested as QRS slurring or notching.1 The ER pattern is observed in 1%–13% of cases in the general population and is mainly thought to be benign.2 However, Haïssaguerre et al3 have underlined the potential malignant role of an ER pattern in idiopathic ventricular fibrillation (VF) patients.
