摘要
•The size of microsphere was controlled by the KCl concentration in reaction system.•The photoanode film was formed of uniform TiO2 microspheres via a low cost method.•The effect of microstructure on solar cells performance was investigated.•After further optimization, the conversion efficiency can reach 5.72%.
