摘要
•Two invasive species were spectrally detected in a neotropical environment via multiple endmember spectral mixture analysis.•Spectral subsets, continuum removal and methods for selecting endmembers were assessed.•Near-infrared and shortwave infrared hyperspectral datasets were critical for identifying the invasive species.•These species tend to be overestimated in the woodland savanna.•The 1-m pixel-based endmember fractions were preserved at the crown scale.
