Metro commuters’ satisfaction in multi-type access and egress transferring groups

•Commuters' satisfaction on entire trip is studied in 7 access–egress mode groups.•Impacts of service items are compared in groups with same access or egress mode.•Bike–Metro–Walk & Bike–Metro–Bus users are sensitive to different bike service item.•Bus–Metro–Bus user is much affected by on-bus space than rest bus transfer groups.
