摘要

Parosteal Osteosarcoma, a variant of juxtacortical osteosarcoma, is seldom seen in the jaws. Here, a case of parosteal osteosarcoma of mandible in a 15-year-old female patient is presented, which occurred at the angle of mandible on the right side. The clinicopathologic features that distinguish this lesion from periosteal lesion are discussed. The contribution of computed tomography (CT) for the diagnosis is emphasized.
