摘要

A simple and efficient approach for synthesis fiavonoids with 2,3-dihydroxy-3-methylbutyl moiety, by which seven natural prenylated fiavonoids, brosimacutin A-B, brosimacutin D, brosimacutin E, brosimacutin H and brosimacutin M have been synthesized in racemic form. All structures of new compounds were confirmed by NMR and HRMS.
