摘要

The AR reporter gene assay based on the human LNCaP cells has been developed. Cypermethrin decreased the IL-6-induced reporter CAT expression, and the significant inhibition was detected at the concentration of 10−5 M. Cypermethrin inhibits ligand-independent IL-6-induced activation of AR.
