摘要

•TiO2NS-rGO nanocomposites with TiO2NSs perpendicular to rGO have been synthesized.•The nanocomposite was used to immobilize Hb to fabricate mediator-free biosensor.•The biosensor displays a wide linear range of 1–15,000μM for nitrite.•The biosensor exhibits an extremely low detection limit of 10nM for H2O2.
