摘要

•The pinched flow fractionation technique was applied to polymer beads and cow milk.•Devices were fabricated using injection molding and UV assisted thermal bonding.•Micro-sized polymer beads with size ratio 1:2 were separated with 99% efficiency.•Milk samples were enriched in somatic cells by sorting out proteins and fat particles.
