Nanocomposites based on nanostructured PI- b -PMMA copolymer and selectively placed PMMA-modified magnetic nanoparticles: Morphological and magnetic characterization

•PMMA brushes were anchored to nanoparticles’ surface by grafting from technique.•Nanoparticles were dispersed and selectively placed onto PMMA domains of copolymer.•Morphological change was detected after addition of nanoparticles and after SVA.•Nanocomposites take properties of nanoparticles, showing superparamagnetic behavior.
