摘要

Objective: The biomarker HE4 is overexpressed in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). Recently FDA approved HE4 as sensitive biomarker for EOC, but the role of HE4 overexpression in EOC has yet to be determined. This study reveals the biological function of HE4 in ovarian cancer models.
