摘要

•Our patient samples included OCD as well as GAD.•We explored BDNF for not only Val66Met polymorphism but also plasma levels.•We found that BDNF plasma levels can not be explained by Val66Met polymorphism.•We found that decreased BDNF plasma levels were common in OCD and GAD.
