摘要

•An assessment tool for delusional trend called EPDS was completed by 79 outpatients with epilepsy and by their treating doctors.•A clinical diagnosis of psychosis was the only independent variable related to EPDS score.•There was a significant difference between the EPDS scores of the patients and those of the doctors in favor of the former.
