Generalized arterial calcification of infancy—Findings at post-mortem computed tomography and autopsy

•Generalized arterial calcification in infancy (GACI) is a rare genetic disorder.•GACI is characterized by abnormal vascular calcification and marked myointimal proliferation.•GACI is often fatal due to complications of cardiac ischemia, hypertension and cardiac failure.•Postmortem Computed Tomography demonstrates abnormal vascular and soft tissue calcification.
