摘要

A hardly elevated, flat lesion with wide pits (cripts) has been often observed at the margin of laterally spreading tumors (LST). This lesion has been termed “skirt”. We have reported that skirt portion differs pathologically from hyperplastic polyp and low-grade dysplasia, however, the other characteristics of skirt have not been clarified.
