Sa1612 Clinical Outocomes of Endoscopic Treatment for Neoplasms Progressing from Rectum to Anal Duct
Gastrointestinal endoscopy(2015)
摘要
In the rectal neoplasms, the curability by endoscopic resection (ER) brings large benefit because preservation of an anal function is closely related to quality of life. In this point, endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) provides high rates of en bloc and curative resections for large superficial rectal tumors. ER can be performed even for rectal lesions progressing to the anal canal or lesions limited within the anal canal. However, there are few reports about the safety and effectiveness of ER for those lesions. The aim of this retrospective study was to investigate feasibility of ER for rectal lesions progressing to anal canal or anal canal lesions.
