摘要
Polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based solution is widely used for bowel cleansing before colonoscopy but has poor compliance. Recently, Polyethylene Glycol with ascorbic acid (PEG-Asc) has developed for low-volume and better taste. But, this still requires the moderate amount of volume and has brought just a little of taste improvement. The aim of this study was to test the effectiveness of menthol candy drops in improving tolerability and bowel cleansing of PEG-Asc.
