摘要

•Tooth-brushing epilepsy is a type of reflex epilepsy.•In some cases, Carbamazepine or Valproate can achieve seizure control.•When seizures are intractable, surgery might achieve good outcome.•Electrocorticography allows complete excision of the epileptogenic zone.•Rolandic area lesions can be safely resected in some cases.
