Updating channel adjacent amino acids for a flexible protein molecule.

ABSTRACTIn this paper, we suggest a method to update the adjacent amino acids for a deformed channel in a flexible protein molecule. Based on the topological events in the Delaunay tetrahedra of the molecule, we classify the possible cases to update the adjacent amino acid set.
