Series Type Platform's Supply Chain Quality Evaluation and Prediction Model and its Application in China Southern Power Grid

This paper studies the series type platform enterprise, its supply chain network model, quality evaluation model and quality prediction model. First, we briefly introduce the concept of the series type platform's supply chain. After that, we develop its quality evaluation model, and the analysis ranges from raw material suppliers to product manufacturers, then to the platform enterprises. The quality evaluation model tries to establish the quantitative model based on the product flow and quality flow. Under the condition of complete information, this model would output the corresponding probabilities of qualified and non-qualified products. Then this paper uses GM(1,1) model from Grey System Theory to establish the quality prediction model. For non continuous information, this prediction model would complement the missing quality data and further predict future quality level. In the last part, this paper examines the feasibility of the previous models using the obtained data of China Southern Power Grid.
