Large-scale facilities have increased the demand for indoor navigation systems. In particular, indoor navigation using augmented reality (AR) markers is superior to other methods in terms of positioning accuracy and cost. However, the positioning accuracy and power efficiency need improvement. In this paper, we evaluate the accuracy of indoor navigation with AR markers. We then propose and evaluate a power-saving method that activates the user's camera only when needed by using Bluetooth low-energy terminals.
