摘要

•Two different simple and fast sample preparation procedure are described.•Higher volume injection and on-line SPE with column switching technique were used to achieve lower LOQ values.•Micro UHPLC–MS/MS method was developed and validated to quantify thirteen steroid hormones in human plasma.
