Alpha-gamma phase amplitude coupling subserves information transfer during perceptual sequence learning

摘要
•Perceptual sequence learning was associated with decreased alpha-gamma PAC (agPAC).•In electrode P4, agPAC decreased in sequence compared to simple trials.•These results suggest that agPAC may represent a “default-mode” state.•AgPAC in P4 decreased in sequence compared to resting-state EEG.•Decreased agPAC in right parietal cortex may underlie sequence encoding to memory.
