摘要
The move towards a universe of reliably and wirelessly connected devices is not only essential for private users and consumers, but also for businesses and enterprises. In this work, a complex topology of an internationally-active corporation is investigated, featuring multi-floor office areas and the industrial unit of the production plant. Extensive measurements have been conducted in the 3.5 GHz channel in order to provide statistical characterization of a frequency band which is increasingly considered as the starting point for sub-6 GHz 5G deployment. The intrinsic characteristics of the topology are studied and our findings aspire to provide a blueprint for emerging Internet-of-Things (IoT) applications in complex propagation topologies.
