A Uniform Content Label Push Method Based On Drm Broadcasting

The uniform content label (UCL) is one kind of information content metadata developed on the basis of URL (Uniform Resource Locator), which describes feature vector of information content in full range of multidimensional. The UCL technology is applicable to the markup of information content, mainly for the main audience in the media, Internet and related industries. This paper proposes a UCL label push method based on DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) broadcasting. By using the data segmentation and fountain coding, the method can ensure the effectiveness of the UCL label push in the narrow-band broadcasting transmission condition of DRM.
