摘要

•A 3D digital atlas of tree shrew brain with 628 structures delineated was constructed.•18F-FDG PET and MRI T2-weighted brain templates were constructed and mapped into the stereotaxic space.•A toolbox was introduced for tree shrew brain spatial normalization, statistical analysis and results localization in stereotaxic space.
