摘要

•We expressed and screened two monoclonal antibodies: TgSAG3-3A7 and TgSAG3-4D5 successfully.•An ICT assay was established with these two antibodies.•The novel ICT based on TgSAG3-4D5 and TgSAG3-3A7 antibodies is a valid rapid method for the clinical diagnosis of T. gondii infection.
