摘要

•Sensitive simultaneous quantification of 9 antimalarials is achieved in DBS.•The LC–MS/MS method showed good performances in terms of trueness and precision.•Lumefantrine concentrations in plasma and DBS were highly correlated (R = 0.97).•The validated method is suitable for epidemiological studies.
