摘要

•Among six candidates, Rup-03-mediated photodynamic therapy (PDT) is most effective against HepG2 and RAW264.7 cells.•And Rup-04-mediated PDT is most effective against SGC-7901 cells.•Rup-03 could repress ROS scavenging activities and c-Myc expression, induce DNA damage and cell apoptosis and inhibit telomerase activity.
