摘要

•Methods were developed for the measurements of Ca, Fe, Mg and K in human serum.•Comparable results were obtained in an inter-laboratory comparison.•A human serum material was certified for the four elements.•The certified values are traceable to International System of Units.•The CRM will be useful for method validation or as a Quality Control material.
