摘要

•We found that FDG PET/CT was effective for differentiating PCNSL from GBM.•Both SUVmax and T/N ratio were reliable measures for differentiating PCNSL from GBM.•FDG metabolism indices were inversely proportional to the rADCs of PCNSL lesions.
