Acute uveitic glaucoma in ankylosing spondylitis.

A 46-year-old man of Chinese descent presented with sudden-onset painful right eye associated with blurring of vision and redness. The right vision was finger counting, with a positive relative afferent pupillary defect. On examination, the right cornea was oedematous with seclusio pupillae and an elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) of 52 mm Hg (figure 1A).
