摘要

•Group B Streptococcus (GBS) transmitted via breast milk caused neonatal meningitis and recurrent bacteremia.•A negative GBS result before delivery does not exclude neonatal GBS infections.•Infection recurrence is higher when breast milk is the source of GBS infection.
