摘要

•ENDOR and EDNMR were used to determine the coordination of Mn2+ to ATP and ADP.•The correlation experiment THYCOS reveal the coupling of Mn2+ to both 15N and 31P.•Mn2+ is coordinated to the adenosine N7 and phosphates in Mn2+ -ATP.•Simulations of THYCOS and double-EDNMR are presented.
