Two abnormalities on diagnostic laparoscopy.

A 29 year old nulliparous woman presented with a two year history of cyclical pelvic pain and dyspareunia. She underwent a diagnostic laparoscopy to identify a cause for the pain, and this revealed two gynaecological abnormalities (fig 1).
