Validation of a multi-residue method and estimation of measurement uncertainty of pesticides in drinking water using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.

•A validated multi-residue analysis method for 124 pesticides is proposed.•Sample extraction using SPE extraction coupled with LC–MS/MS and GC–MS was studied.•Method was validated according to European Commission and INMETRO guidelines.•The measurement of relative uncertainty are between 10% and 49%.
